  • Yes – especially if it’s your first time or you’re not sure what you need. The consultation gives us a chance to chat about your goals, answer your questions, and create a personalised plan. The £30 consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment booked within 4 weeks.

  • Absolutely. Life happens! I just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the slot to someone else. You can reschedule directly through your confirmation email or get in touch with me if you need help.
